Hello
My name is Jeff. I garden in Minnesota where is is 35 below zero this morning. We usually don't get to plant seeds until late May. The 5 or 6 months of winter gives us a rest and make us appreciate gardening even more in the spring.

My biggest challenge is generally keeping everything well watered and from frying during the summer! On really hot days I can give all the plants a long soak in the morning, come home from work and find the beds dry as a bone. Thanks for making this group! :); ▶ Reply to This

But I am from New England (R.I.) where the weather is simular to Northwest Italy where I am in now for the past few years. And I have some plenty of challenges and learning here. I have reap my trials and tributes and now I am on my way of oversea's gardening. Thanks to all the local farmers and old folks here who have taught me there ways of planting in Italy.
